Paglaum Farm Harvests Another Batch of Fresh Produce
Another Paglaum Farm harvest supplied fresh tomatoes, okra, and chilis to selected CTU-Barili students while providing hands-on agricultural learning.
On January 29, 2025, Cebu Technological University and Subang - Cebu Technological University harvested another batch of fresh produce from the Paglaum Farm Project at CTU-Barili Campus.
The harvest included tomatoes, okra, and chilis cultivated by first-year BS Agribusiness and BS Agriculture students under the guidance of Subang Adviser Dr. Pet Roey L. Pascual.
The activity continued the project's dual role of providing students with hands-on agricultural learning while producing fresh food for the university community. Following the harvest, the produce was distributed to selected CTU-Barili students.
The continuing harvests demonstrated the practical application of campus-based agriculture in supporting food accessibility, student learning, and sustainable food production.
