Harvesting Azolla for Sustainable Livestock Feed Development
Subang - Cebu Technological University harvested Azolla as part of its continuing exploration of sustainable livestock feed production.
On December 13, 2024, Subang - Cebu Technological University Chapter harvested Azolla pinnata as part of its ongoing work exploring sustainable livestock feed production.
The activity was led by Azolla Project Leader and Human Resource Director Dennis B. Bendulo, with volunteer interns Benzi Asher C. Obcial, Leanne Danielle T. Trasporte, and Kennie Jun A. Enecio participating in the harvest.
The activity forms part of Subang - CTU's broader efforts to explore practical agricultural applications of Azolla while providing volunteers with hands-on experience in sustainable food and agricultural systems.
