Subang - Siquijor Equips More Than 200 Students with Career Skills

Subang - Siquijor launched the Diploma at Diskarte Project in October 2024, providing career preparation training to more than 200 fourth-year students at Siquijor State College.

The two-day program focused on CV writing and interview skills, addressing practical competencies students can use as they prepare to enter professional opportunities after graduation.

The workshop was conducted in partnership with Hon. Brylle Deeiah Tumarong-Quio, the Provincial Government of Siquijor under Governor Jake Vincent S. Villa, and Siquijor State College under SUC President II Dr. Steven J. Sumaylo.

HR professional Maika Marcene C. Solomon led the training, providing guidance on resume development and interview techniques.

Through the Diploma at Diskarte Project, Subang - Siquijor combined youth development and education with practical career preparation, giving students tools they can carry into their transition from university to employment and professional life.
