Subang - Negros Oriental and Siquijor Chapter Sets Direction Through Strategic Planning

Subang - Negros Oriental and Subang - Province of Siquijor came together on April 6, 2024, in Siquijor for a strategic planning and orientation session focused on strengthening chapter coordination and shaping upcoming initiatives.

The session was led by Subang - Negros Oriental Provincial Director Dyn Michael M. Lozana, together with Subang - Province of Siquijor Provincial Director Jehan Joane Jumalon. Discussions centered on the chapters' direction, leadership, and opportunities to expand community-based work and educational activities.

A key part of the planning was the identification of four community-based initiatives targeted for implementation during the second and third quarters of 2024. The session also outlined plans for a school-to-school workshop series intended to support learning and collaboration among schools in Siquijor.

Beyond setting project priorities, the gathering provided space for participants to exchange ideas, develop plans, and strengthen coordination between the two provincial chapters. The discussions emphasized collaboration, strategic planning, and meaningful youth participation.
