Subang President Serves as Resource Speaker at Notre Dame University Leadership Seminar

On August 23, 2026, Subang Philippines National Executive President Peter John C. Enorio served as a resource speaker during the Leadership Training Seminar for Student Leaders at Notre Dame University in Cotabato City.

The three-hour, activity-based session brought together student leaders from the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), and Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) for an interactive discussion on leadership, meaningful youth participation, and nation-building.

Anchored on AmBisyon Natin 2040, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Ten Centers of Youth Participation, the session encouraged participants to look beyond organizational positions and activities toward purposeful action, measurable impact, meaningful partnerships, and sustainable leadership.

The engagement also introduced participants to the United Nations system and opportunities for youth organizations to engage in international development initiatives, connecting local youth leadership with broader national and global development agendas.

The session reflected Subang Philippines' continuing work in youth leadership and capacity building, creating spaces where young people can connect leadership practice with community development and wider development priorities.
