Subang ECHO Continues with Conversations on Educational Innovation

On December 6, 2024, Subang ECHO: Shaping Tomorrow Today aired its second episode, continuing the talk show's focus on knowledge sharing, education, innovation, and sustainable development.

The episode was hosted by Subang President Peter John C. Enorio and Subang - Cebu Technological University Human Resource Director Dennis B. Bendulo. It was broadcast live on DYNE Radyo Kahimsog 97.5 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a livestream session beginning at 6:00 PM.

Three educators and researchers served as resource speakers. Xela Efrena V. Sator, MAEd, Head Teacher I at Lunas Elementary School and an EDD-EMD student, presented research on internal stakeholders' perceptions of positive discipline implementation and collaborative evaluation mechanisms.

Lyndon G. Frejoles, MAEd, Teacher III and an education supervisor, discussed the use of multisensory instructional materials to improve Grade 1 learner engagement. Joselito V. Dinela, MAEd, Teacher III and Master of Arts in Education graduate, discussed the relationship between teacher competence and pupil academic performance in the implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum.

The episode created a platform for educators to share research and practical perspectives with a broader audience. By bringing academic and professional knowledge into a public discussion, Subang ECHO continued its aim of connecting learning, innovation, and community development.
