FSG Officers Conduct Black Bamboo Propagation Activity at CTU-Barili

The Federation of Student Governments - Cebu Technological University, Inc. and Subang - CTU Chapter conducted a Black Bamboo propagation activity at Cebu Technological University - Barili Campus on January 31, 2026.

The activity was spearheaded by Peter John C. Enorio, President of Subang Philippines, and Shaina Faith D. Visorro, President of the Subang - CTU Chapter, with coordination from Dennis B. Bendulo, Miles Wilven Ayuban, and Rod Santiago Lebumfacil Jr.

The session began with an orientation and demonstration on black bamboo propagation, followed by a hands-on planting activity. Participants gained practical experience in propagation while learning about the potential role of bamboo in environmental restoration and sustainability.

FSG-CTU officers and Subang - CTU volunteers participated throughout the activity, strengthening collaboration between student leaders and volunteer groups.

The initiative contributed to the continuing environmental work of Subang - CTU while providing an action-based learning opportunity for student leaders.
