Subang Philippines Participates in HIMAMAT Peace Camp 5.0

Subang Philippines took part in HIMAMAT Peace Camp 5.0, held from July 24 to 26, 2026 at the Siquijor Police Provincial Office in Siquijor and Capilay Spring Park in San Juan. The engagement brought Subang volunteers and leaders into a youth-centered space focused on leadership, peacebuilding, and service.

Serving as camp facilitators were Subang Philippines Vice President for Community Affairs Jan Blair More J. Omandam, Subang - Province of Siquijor Chapter Environmental Affairs Deputy Director Jarrale Jaralve, and Subang - Lazi Chapter volunteer AJ Garsula. Xeian Daug Austerio and Roxiel Jean Domat-ol represented the Subang - Province of Siquijor Chapter as participants.

Subang Philippines National Executive President Peter John C. Enorio also served as a panelist during the Young Leaders Forum, where he shared perspectives on leadership, volunteerism, peacebuilding, and nation-building.

HIMAMAT Peace Camp 5.0 was spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Siquijor through the Office of Board Member Brylle Deeiah T. Quio and the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Siquijor, in partnership with the Siquijor Police Provincial Office, KKDAT Siquijor, and other government, youth, and education stakeholders.

Through its participation in the camp, Subang Philippines contributed to a broader conversation on developing young people as active participants in community service, peacebuilding, and nation-building.
