Subang Founder Selected Among Top 50 BAGANI Fellows Nationwide

Subang Philippines announces that its Founder & National Executive President, Peter John C. Enorio, has been selected as one of the Top 50 fellows nationwide for the BAGANI Fellowship SIBOL Cohort under the Development Academy of the Philippines.

The BAGANI Fellowship, also known as the Rising Leaders Development Program, is a fully funded, one-month intensive program that brings together young leaders from across the Philippines. The program focuses on strengthening competencies in governance, ethical leadership, systems thinking, and public service through structured mentorship, peer collaboration, and innovation project development.

Enorio was selected through a competitive national process. The fellowship provides an opportunity for participants to further develop their leadership and public service competencies while working alongside other emerging leaders from across the country.

As Founder & National Executive President of Subang Philippines, Enorio has led initiatives focused on environmental restoration, climate education, food security, youth participation, and community development across Central Visayas and the Negros Island Region.

For Subang Philippines, the fellowship represents an opportunity to further connect community-based volunteer action with broader approaches to governance, sustainability, and public service. The organization looks forward to drawing on the learning and experiences gained through the program to strengthen its continuing work with young people, communities, and partners.
