CTU-Barili Celebrates Women in Science and Technology with 'Lakbay Agham'
Subang - CTU Chapter and the CTU-Barili GAD Office marked National Women's Month 2025 through Lakbay Agham, a learning activity highlighting women's participation in science and technology.
Subang - CTU Chapter and the CTU-Barili Gender and Development Office marked National Women's Month 2025 through 'Lakbay Agham: Kababaihan sa Siyensa at Teknolohiya,' an activity held at the campus Smart Room.
Shaina Faith D. Visorro opened the activity and shared the purpose of creating a space for learning and discussion on women's participation in science and technology. Peter John C. Enorio also discussed Republic Act No. 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act.
The activity featured a presentation by Shaina Faith D. Visorro on women in science and technology, followed by a contribution from Dr. Daisy L. Obiso through the #JuanaSays campaign. Mary Grace Flores, GAD Director, also took part in the activity.
John Gielai O. Sedentario delivered the closing remarks, bringing the session to a close with a continued emphasis on awareness, participation, and opportunities for women in science and technology.
